El Shaddai means God Almighty. El points to the effectiveness of God Himself. Shaddai is apparently based on another word meaning breast, which ensures that Shaddai signifies one who nourishes, supplies, and satisfies. It is God as El who helps, but it's God as Shaddai who abundantly blesses effortlessly types of blessings. urban poverty track at urbana God really wants to bless man and provide commonplace most of man's needs. This name is suggestive of a God who is powerful enough to complete just that. Only an exciting powerful God can bless all mankind effortlessly method of blessings. urban poverty track at urbana Back in 1984, Mariano "Mike" Z. Velarde or Bro. Mike for the ministry members, a geodetic engineer by profession along with a real estate developer, started a Catholic Charismatic Group called El Shaddai DWXI-Prayer Partners Foundation International. It was initially formed in Manila, Philippines. Servant Partners Now, 27 years later, it has grown and spread to many parts of the planet with an incredible number of members. Lots of people locally are already blessed and experienced healing and renewal proving to the world and also to plenty of skeptics that it is indeed God's work and therefore, guided by the Holy Spirit. For when not the work of God, it would not have cultivated to this type of multitude in just 27 years of ministry. Many people, including Filipinos, thought the El Shaddai DWXI-PPFI ministry is really a different religious group when in reality it's not. It's a Charismatic Community composed of Catholic individuals. The El Shaddai ministry belongs to the Catholic Church, financially sustained by its members and spiritually supported by the Church. The Ministry conducts its weekly mass and healing rally every Saturday from 4pm-11pm in Amvel City, San Dionisio, Paranaque City, Philippines. Aside from the weekly grand event, there's a daily worship service from 6pm-9pm (except Tuesdays and this is located in Amvel City from 4pm- 10pm) in its office in Amorsolo St., Makati City, Philippines. It is during Saturdays and Tuesdays that the healing message is preached through the Servant-Leader, Bro. Mike Z. Velarde. On Tuesdays, ahead of the healing message, Bro. Mike entertains questions from some attendees and supplies them enlightened answers.
